PlanBench Studio is an independent service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Questions: hello@planbenchstudio.com.
What we collect
Only what you send in our forms (name, email, phone, project details). We use it to deliver your order and reply to you. We do not sell it. Form submissions are stored by our host, Cloudflare.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Scope and refunds
Work starts after the 50% deposit. If you cancel before the first draft, we refund the deposit minus $100 for the intake call. We do not guarantee funding or approval, and we do not give legal, tax or immigration advice.
